Photo & Twin Consent
What This Consent Covers
Photo & Twin Consent allows Aura Mirror to process uploaded or captured photos, garment or look images, wardrobe assets, Studio Preview outputs, optional movement-preview outputs, photo-session information, and Studio Twin information for styling features you request.
Protected Features
Protected features include camera capture, photo upload, primary photo storage, Studio Preview generation, optional movement previews, Studio Twin features, Vault image features, Archive image assets, and the provider processing needed to complete a requested preview.
Limits
Aura is a visual styling aid, not a body-measurement or guaranteed-fit service.
Provider Processing
When a user requests a Studio Preview or styling feature, Noir Mirror Studio may transmit the minimum required content to active service providers such as OpenAI and FASHN. Provider processing may occur outside Ontario or Canada.
Revocation
You may withdraw Photo & Twin Consent in the app. When you withdraw it, Aura Mirror will stop the related photo processing and make protected photo, preview, Twin, and asset features unavailable until consent is restored. Related protected assets will be deleted or disconnected where supported. Some records may remain where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or audit purposes.
Child Profiles
If child profiles are later enabled, photo-based child-profile features require both Photo & Twin Consent and the child household notice, with the adult account holder responsible for consent and deletion requests.
