Provider Disclosure
Active Providers
Aura Mirror may use OpenAI for styling and reasoning tasks and FASHN for Studio Preview rendering. Hosting, database, storage, monitoring, support, and email providers may also be used to operate the service.
Provider Purpose
Providers process information only as needed to operate requested features, generate styling output, create Studio Preview images, maintain the service, troubleshoot failures, protect security, and support users.
Cross-Border Processing
Provider processing may occur outside Ontario or Canada. Under PIPEDA, Noir Mirror Studio remains accountable for personal information transferred to service providers for processing and must use contractual or other reasonable safeguards.
Provider Changes
The providers used for a particular feature may change as the service develops. If a material change affects the information processed or the purpose of processing, Aura Mirror will update this disclosure and provide any notice or choice required by law.
Data Minimization
Aura Mirror transmits only the content needed for the requested feature. Customer photos, child-profile photos, Studio Preview outputs, and Studio Twin assets are not used to train new models or fine-tune providers unless a separate, explicit consent flow is provided.
