Counsel-Review Beta Draft

Provider And Cross-Border Disclosure

Last updated April 30, 2026.

Active Beta Providers

Aura Mirror may use OpenAI for styling and reasoning tasks and FASHN for Studio Preview rendering. Hosting, database, storage, monitoring, support, and email providers may also be used as selected for beta deployment.

Provider Purpose

Providers process information only as needed to operate requested features, generate styling output, create Studio Preview images, maintain the app, troubleshoot beta failures, protect security, and support users.

Cross-Border Processing

Provider processing may occur outside Ontario or Canada. Under PIPEDA, Noir Mirror Studio remains accountable for personal information transferred to service providers for processing and must use contractual or other reasonable safeguards.

Inactive Or Deferred Providers

Fal.ai is not active in V1 and requires license, margin, privacy, and security review before later use. Gemini is dormant or fallback-only unless explicitly re-enabled through a reviewed provider posture.

Data Minimization

Aura Mirror should transmit only the content needed for the requested feature. It should not use customer photos, child-profile photos, Studio Preview outputs, or Studio Twin assets to train new models or fine-tune providers unless a separate, explicit, counsel-reviewed consent flow is added.
