Acceptance
By creating or using an Aura Mirror account, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, the Styling Processing Notice, the Early Access Notice, and any feature-specific consent notices accepted in the app.
Early Access Availability
Aura Mirror is currently available through limited early access. Features may change, fail, pause, or be removed as the service develops. Studio Preview outputs are generated with automated tools and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
Product Description And Limits
Aura Mirror provides personal styling guidance, wardrobe-aware recommendations, guided photo capture, and optional visual Studio Preview or movement-preview features. Aura is not a medical, legal, therapeutic, safety, body-measurement, identity-verification, live scanning, or hardware smart-mirror service. Previews are visual styling aids and do not guarantee exact fit, garment availability, purchase outcome, fabric behaviour, or real-world clothing performance.
Eligibility And Household Profiles
The service is intended for adult account holders. Household-profile functionality may change as the service develops and any child-profile activation would require separate guardian-facing consent and support processes.
User Content And Permissions
Users keep ownership of content they upload. Users give Noir Mirror Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content to service providers only as needed to operate Aura Mirror, provide requested styling features, troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Aura Mirror will not use customer photos, child-profile photos, Studio Preview outputs, or Studio Twin assets to train new models or fine-tune providers unless a separate, explicit consent flow is provided.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not upload images of another person without appropriate authority or consent.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexualized child, hateful, or unsafe content.
- Do not attempt to bypass consent requirements, subscription limits, usage limits, or security controls.
- Do not use generated previews as professional, medical, legal, safety, or exact sizing advice.
Credits, Subscriptions, And Provider Availability
Aura Mirror may offer render credits or AI sessions with usage limits. Features may be delayed, paused, or unavailable because of service availability, safety requirements, or account limits. Before any paid feature is activated, the applicable price, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and purchase terms will be shown before purchase.
Generated Movement Previews
Where offered, a movement preview is a short generated visual approximation. It is optional, may require additional usage, and should not be treated as a measurement of movement, garment drape, comfort, or fit.
Intellectual Property
Noir Mirror Studio and its licensors retain rights in the Aura Mirror service, software, product design, branding, and non-user content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by applicable law or written permission.
Third-Party References
External source, retailer, boutique, or inspiration references do not imply partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, seller-of-record status, inventory guarantees, or responsibility for third-party pricing, shipping, returns, or website content unless expressly disclosed.
Disclaimers And Liability
Aura Mirror is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect recommendations, specific outcomes, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Noir Mirror Studio is not liable for special, indirect, or consequential losses.
Suspension And Termination
You may stop using Aura Mirror at any time. Noir Mirror Studio may suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms of Use, or comply with legal obligations.
